    Question Branflakes Fibre content

Attached are two images. Does this mean that these bran flakes only have around 7g of net carbs every 100grams or am I going bimbo? Is this legit?

I cant understand that language but looks like 100g is a serving and each serving(100g) has 40g carbs

33.4 grams fiber, 38 grams starch and 2.5 grams sugar. For some reason it lists the fiber separate from the carbohydrates.

yes nutrients are shown per 100g. my thoughts are 40g carbs with the 33g fibre subtracted would equal to 7g of net carbs every 100g. Is that too dodgy to be true?

No the label says there is 40g carb/ 100g it doesn't matter whats in it or whats not in it there still should be 40g carbs per 100g

So the idea to ignore all fibre carbs towards daily limit is bad? Or is it more likely that just they're probably showing the values separately straight away on the label?
