So I have started training my chest now, after neglecting it since starting.
It is only sore when touched. I did incline bench press and incline dumbell flyes (only on a slight incline)
Anyway, I don't have much pec muscle, so should it be sore even when not touched as I build more there?

I know this feel OP.
I believe it's caused by your chest being weaker than your assisting muscles (eg. shoulders and triceps when be benching).
You can either try switching around grips or simply keep working until your cheat eventually catches upBeginning on 3rd of December.

sounds like you need to try building a mind-muscle connection with your chest, get a super light weight ,DBs or barbell, and go reallly slow in negative, and explode on positive, and concentrate on tensing your pecs while doing the movement, and really imagine your chest muscles pulling your arms together when doing flyes, not as if your arms are doing the work, but imagine your arms as hooks and your chest is doing the work and you should be able to tense your chest better + make gains muchhhhh quicker
