    Arrow Low Test/Weight Gain

    I want to start by saying that if you are trying to rep a product, don't bother posting. I am currently 19 and a Freshman in college. I have been 165 lbs since my sophmore year in highschool. I recently had my testosterone tested and ended up having it about 500. This isn't medically low, but for a 19 year old, I feel like it is low. I also have tried several bulking diets and have had now success. I am just looking for some guidance on what I should do.

    I feel your pain. Go visit an endocrinologist if you're really worried, though 500 is actually acceptable. I was at around 200 as a 23 year-old. I was stuck at 5'9'' and only 135 lbs. My specialist put me on 50mg Clomid every other day and my testosterone has skyrocketed. I'm at over 1000 now and I feel great. Sex drive, mood, strength, etc. have all gone up. In about six months, I've made significant gains in the gym and am up to 150 lbs.

    you feel like it is low

    but do you have low libido ? do you have lack of energy? etc.
    100% natural and proud of it! (No PH's,DS's,AAS, etc.)

    From 135 lbs to 227 lbs (naturaly and with severe obstructive sleep apnea)
    Even with poor sleep you can gain thanks to quality food and good workout plan

    So a specialist told you that it's not low, but you're convinced it's low?

    What you should do is stop focusing on hormonal levels and continue eating/lifting heavy. What were your average caloric intake on bulking diets?

    agree!!!

    some people with test levels at 300 do not have any issue. no problems with mood,libido,gains and other, some at 400 can have issues or sign of low test. very individual..
