I'm on my phone so I can't multi quote but my body fat is i have no idea, I'm cutting right now. 218 at 6'1. Maybe 15%? My routine is heavy seated raises for high reps, and I also use vibrant and barefoot shoes to lift in and run. Besides that it's purely genetic.

My feet aren't small compared to my calves... Maybe it's just the angle but no one has ever mentioned that before and they definitely don't look that way in person. I'm a size 10.5/11. Calves were 16.5 last I measured
