Hey guys, due to health reasons, I gained around 30lbs recently. Everything is back to normal now, except the overweight.
I'm going back to keto, excited about that!
Thing is, I don't know what kind of workout I'm gonna do. Is there any workout program you guys could suggest me to lose fat quickly? Maybe a circuit workout or something?
