Actually walked/biked over to friends to see if they are home, used a phone with a cord, music - parties usually were one type of music, lot like today.

First computer was 33mhz, 2mb of RAM and was great for it's time. Games were on floppy disk.

My childhood pretty much consisted of video games (NES, N64, Playstation, Xbox) and doing stuff outside. It wasn't until junior high that I started using the internet for lots of stuff and then by high school it was something you just used all the time. I road my bike a lot, saw what the neighbor kids were up to, we played sports, "guns," cops and robbers, capture the flag, etc.

I played lots of video games with friends though so I'd be lying if I said we were just ALWAYS outside. I remember hearing "It's a beautiful day go outside" from my friend's mom when we were having Goldeneye marathons in the basement and every time the group response was "Every day is a beautiful day inside!"

Life was real good back in the day:

- Rode my BMX everywhere. All friends lived in the same neighbourhood, or the next
- Cycling all over the place... by the canal, shopping centre, to the park to do tricks (we didn't have any ****gy props to do tricks in my time)
- Playing in shopping trolleys
- Running through people's back yards (thank goodness didn't grow up in USA, would have been shot)
- Using the dial pad that goes round and round. Sitting by the phone to talk to friends/ chicks LOL
- Hanging out at Video Stores to play SFII
- VHS all day every day... all cawks in pron had side burns... bishes had full bushes... strong focus on male star when cum shot was coming around
- Hustler, Private, Penthouse black label were the real deal. Instant God-Status if you owned these
- Pages stuck together for all pron mags
- Slept much earlier and woke up early

Going inside was only done out of bare necessity, it was outside until there was no more light, then everyone would part ways and go home.

I got internet when I was around 10, but never used it til I was 12 or so. Played Ruenscape/Counter strike til I was 14 (No regrets... was fun).

Then came MSN/Bebo/Myspace/********, and thats when Internet went to ****.
In the recent years, internet has made everything so accessible... it losts all its value.

Brb downloading 1080p porn/Bluray Movies in less than 20 minutes for free.
Brb Too connected to people, that I could care less to actually talk to them
