What are all of you cutting gurus thoughts on this?
As opposed to 1800-2000 on rest days and 2200-3000 on workout days (depending on how hard the day is IE Legs are hardcore whilst just shoulders are a smaller muscle])
Just that I always see people saying if you eat too little your metabolism will crash, but it seems like eating nearly 3000kcals will sorta have the opposite effect...

^That seems real low man, no way I could do that and stay sane. Especially hitting 188 pro with such minimal carbs/fats... if you can do it without feeling like the walking dead then by all means go for it. I'd definitely stick to something more moderate but to each his own.

Just started an aggressive cut today.
2,000 calories, 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fat.
O lawd I miss them carbs. I was bonkin' out hard as fukk today.
Dinner was pretty much just a bunch of chicken thigh and eggs so I could meet my fat/protein macros for the day.350 lift it *******

The guy basis his whole routine on the fact that your body adapts to averages. May be broscience, but read through the thread to make your own conclusions.*Only post when drunk crew*

down another kg, sitting at 71kg now. left 1 more kg. Amazing how fast the weight comes off once I cleaned up my diet. Most probably water weight, but still motivating.
Has anyone tried making protein brownies with pumpkin puree? You can't get much done in life if you only work on the days when you feel good.

dat feel when you eat like 300+ grams of carbs for a week straight and seeing the difference in pump size.
biggest demotivator when you cut b/c you know you'll be 1/3 of that pump size with less carbs.D.C. crew

any of you guys do 4-6 week mini cuts on super low calories?
Tempted to just cut for 4 weeks at about 1600-1700 cals, ideally drop about 10 lbs, and go back to bulking. thoughts?

Gonna get in on this.. Floating around 250 right now.. haven't been below 230 in ages.. Every time I cut I get to 230-235 and start feeling really good about things and slowly start making my way back up to 245-250.. In to get below 230 and get those aesthetics...

got a few comments about my weight loss today, feels great. also passed my exam so even better. Got a house party tonight so big test on resisting the binge, im only bringing 20cl of vodka and the plan is that will do (usually on 50cl or so, really dont want to be like that anymore), just nice to see/feel results paying off for long term goals. Great motivator, remember you cutters - resisting short term stuff like binges and alcohol to look great in the long run is a much better feeling! keep hustlin.
