Greek yogurt. If you want high fat, Cabot has a full fat version, 23g fat/18g protein per cup.
I had a recumbent bike (gave it to my father in law for knee replacement rehab), I had no problem doing HIIT on it.
Looking good man, you got that sick V taper going.
LOL that Zebra Cake was the first thing I noticed, I used to smash those things like it was my job. That was back when I could eat anything and stay at 180 lbs

Didn't get on bb.com much over the 3 day weekend, took me forever to catch up on this thread. After spending like 2-3 weeks on the edge of breaking out of the 240's, I'm finally back into the 230'sPowerlifting Log - http://tinyurl.com/jshaw5

Changed exercise patterns for a while, stopped dips, because I literally couldnt do them. Started doing more rotator cuff warm ups anytime I was going to work shoulder or chest, and stretching. Also went through a bottle of supercissus that might have helped..

I used to write them down. I have around 20 or so foods with their cals/car/fat/protein. was going great, then im sure as some ppl that did that realize, you start to remember the numbers a bit and you realize if you eat this, that, this and that, you'll be good and you don't have to check.
have been a bit of off and on with diet last week. only days I really splurged was sat/sat. had some food before I went out with friends and only had some water/tortilla chips.
Pondering about hitting the gym right now seeing as how I have time before school and afterwards I just wanna play basketball"You can train as hard as you want to, but without the right fuel supporting your training and recovery, you will never see the results that you should."-Iron Man

yeah im around 2100 and will keep it like that for a little bitMisc MD crew (2019)

Always after refeeds, i try not to go overboard on water before bed because of this reason. Having to get up out of bed just to pee is the absolute worst.

In theory, i think higher protein would be better due to the thermogenic effect of food, causing you to use more energy to break it down. Its really comes down to what will help you perform better in the gym though, some like having more carbs for energy. Either way you wont see much of a difference if your in the same cal deficit.

Or add them to sludge
I have a 32oz bb.com water bottle that I'm refilling and chugging all day at work, have to go piss every 30-60 minutes. I chill with the water at night though, don't drink that much so I have a good 5 hours or so to get it all out. Every once in while, I'll wake up and have to piss at 4am. The worst is when you wake up and it's about time to get up, you have to piss so bad, but you don't want to get out of bed yet. Or when you have to go so bad that after you go, like 5 minutes later you have to go so bad again.Powerlifting Log - http://tinyurl.com/jshaw5

Last 3 nights, I'm ashamed to be apart of the cutters crew... I swear girls drive me INSANE.I have this one who I'm training, who says she feels results should come faster (keep in mind I train friends, I'm not in a personal trainer) and she's convinced she needs to try other things.. So I call her out on her diet.
"Well you drank half a bottle of jack with a friend, 3 days later went down south and had 3-5 drinks, then this weekend drank another half a bottle of jack all within one week" FJHUIH
It's led to to the last 3 nights having at least 12 beers, and 2 whole pizzas or a bag of chips... FUUUUUUUU :/ oh well, back on the train now.
