Also I just don't think I have the genetics to get super cut. I feel I can be as lean as I am now and be 10 lbs heavier and there'd noble no difference. My build reminds me of the situation from jersey shore minus the abs

it depends, maybe a lot of it is just fat and if you get lean it could go away a bit

Brahs, I'm scared to cut. I've never cut before, always clean bulked. Decided to get a little dirty with white carbs and hit 180lbs at 5'9. I look juicy as phaurk after a pump now. It took absurd amounts of food for me to get to 180, absolutely ridiculous.
Two grilled chickens breasts in the morning, soup, 2 slices of whole grain bread.
Same thing for lunch.
Dinner was two whole rotisserie chicken breasts, plate of pasta, dinner roll and small desert or fruit.
Late night cottage cheese OR can of tuna.
I did this chit for 4 months and only got to 180. If I cut, and I lose this chit, I will phaurking RAGE. Plz help me brahs. Anyone have a tried and true cutting diet that will minimize losses to a max?

it looks like you are holding quite a bit of fat still (like 12-15% depending) so you wont be able to see abs 24/7 until you cut down more. i can see my abs whenever i check them as long as i am 10% or less.

Stim-dick is real bros. I used to take jack3d, caffeine pills, EC, assault, 1mr, etc, all that shiit. My boners were rock hard but not really "full". I started making my own pre-workout with beta-alanine, citrulline and creatine. Now my boners are fukkin juicy (no homo). they arent ROCK solid (which some guys think is a good thing, and it can be but for me it is a bad thing) but instead they are firm and fuller in general. also my penis just looks bigger now whether flaccid or erect. I will never take another pre-workout with stims again. I also dont drink coffee or diet sodas with caffeine.

How do you brahs weigh ice cream to track in your diet? It says 1/2 cup... would that be 4 oz? I tried googling it and can't find a definite answer, most people said it will vary from ice cream to ice cream wtf..... any help would be appreciated

Id just put in in a bowl and weigh it in grams or ounces. On the back it should have how many ounces are in 1/2 cup

I just add up the grams of each macro and do it like that. for example
(random numbers just to prove a point)
1 serving 150cals
12g fat
30carbs
2protein
44g serving.
it helps knowing that i am actually UNDERestimating that way being that not every gram of ice cream is a macronutrient..
