    Question doing heavy and 1 min rest is not enough.

    i can do first set of 10 rep is k but then doing next set of 10 hard in 1 min rest.
    should lower the weight?

    Lifting weights isn't meant to be easy. Second and third sets will obviously be more difficult than the first set.
    Squat: 202.5kg | 446lbs
    Bench: 125kg | 275lbs
    Deadlift: 235kg | 518lbs

    funny thing about lifting: your muscles get fatigued, making it progressively more difficult to move the same amount of weight..

    Yes but it isn't the end of the world if you do reach failure or don't hit all 30 reps across the 3 sets.
