Hey guys, Starting a new training routine 3 days on 3 days off. First session will be today beginning with legs! That means i will be going for a 1RM on squat today! pretty excited! i will put that up later on tonight, but for now i have a short review for MYO-X going into week #5 enjoy!
Well I didn't get where i thought I'd be, but always more to improve especially with MYO-X .. I felt good energy was up and everything, just wasn't my day. I'm sure i can about reach my goal within the next 8-9 weeks! so here it is 350lb squat at 176lbs and it is a PR

What up guys an gals, Once again MYO-X keeps producing results! Bench Press PR today leaving the DEADLIFT for the final show then i will be saving everything i got for the final week. Now that i have a target on my back its time to bust ass!
Once again MYO-X showing how powerful it is... not to long ago i set a deadlift record of 435 3x, now today i went for a 1rm and to my surprise i hit 450lbs!!! my all time best! Myo-X has really increased my strength big time and why its so awesome is im cutting losing about 6lbs since the contest started and i'm stronger then ever! and the muscle tone thats popping out is a big plus! Next week i will try an record all my weeks worth of lifting due to the fact its all changed!

It will be a problem for a little while to post videos, but i can still upload pictures and update you guys on everything on here. So i wanted to give a full update after finishing the first tub of MYO-X. The quick response with MYO-X was crazy as ive said im cutting down losing around 6 lbs, and gaining strength at the same time while cutting shows you right there that MYO-X works! I honestly cant image whats going to happen with another tub. Below is what ive expericened with MYO-X

I'm pretty excited and focused for this contest ive never took training and diet so serious, and all the hardworks paying off.. my family can see and just everyday people at the gym notice a difference in me.. thats the MYO-X
So todays workout was a Power Lower Body session, an man it was intense

My legs are still burning a hour later! but it was a really good workout! Tomorrow will be a power upper body day.. I will update you guy an gals tomorrow

Been having amazing workouts! seeing alot of lean muscle gains on this MYO-X! Im not one to get alot of pump after a workout but with MYO-X its ridiculous! I'll list the past workouts thats been completed so far this week, the end of the contest is coming up pretty quick time to push through the pain and work even harder

Pretty pumped for the leg session today.. legs and back my favorite training day. Hopefully soon my camera gets fixed, i really want to put a video update on MYO-X as well as MHP ISOFAST, if you have not tried the chocolate milkshake man your missing out the stuff taste just like a milkshake in water but when you add milk or add into a smoothie . MHP makes so many good products i cant wait till i can try more of em, especially the Pre-Workout
Sorry it's been awhile again without any reports, but I've been real dialed in and focusing on training. Here in the next couple days I will have a full report for you guys on how everything is going, got to keep on fighting to stay at the top!
