First, a great thanks to jordansrt and InfiniteLabs for this opportunity! I always like trying new stuff, and logging it ain't too bad of a trade-off
I've been lifting for a little more than 10 years. In that time I have tried a-many different lifting programs, from max-ot, to 5x5, to sheiko. Along the way, I have learned what has worked for me. As of right now, I will be doing mah own thang, but I do want to start up sheiko mid-jan the latest, so you might get some fap material. Along the way, I'll be taking a multi(good luck with your goals in 2013), fish oil/ 3-6-9 oil, creatine, intra, and maybe some D3. Nothing out of th ordinary.
On a little side note, and I think it this makes it easier: I will make all my supp reviews in blue, unless anyone has a problem with that. I think blue works well with the black background. Plus, I will be just copying and pasting from my journal, so it will make it less of a hassle. I won't be using x/10, as I think that is arbitrary.

Day Numero Uno
Woke up around 12, and had a scoop. I planned on hitting the gym around 2. I usually wait about an hour, so everything gets into my system. Another reason for waiting was that I wasn't sure if there would be any GI distress. NOPE!! VERY happy about this. Problem was that I got to the gym around 9pm, so I hit up a half scoop 15 min before I left. When I got to leg press, my heart was racing a good amount, but nothing serious. All in all, endurance was good, along with strength. I mixed the one scoop in about 10 oz of water; tastes like sprite/7up without the carbination. Everything mixed fine. Only thing is that I was up till 4 am lol

I wanted to hit the gym today, but my brain is shot; only had 5 hours or so of sleep last night. Today, woke up and felt pretty good. Took a scoop, thinking I was ready for the gym, but I was far from it. Yesterday i took half a scoop, to try to get me going, and also to see how it feel. I have to say that it was a nice awakening.
Needless to say, so far, the energy kick has been a smooth one: No shakes, no bathroom issues(which I hate). I have noticed a bit more vascularity. Focus, on the other-hand, is great! I do plan on hitting the gym tomorrow. If anyone wants vids, or a critique on something I havent mentioned, let me know.

--Solid day. and i found 2 bucks on the way home lol
Took one scoop today(8oz), but decided to stir it. Just like shaking, pretty much all of it was dissolved. I'm already in love with the focus it gives me <3. Strength was through the roof today. Endurance was very nice as well, but pump was close to nonexistent.
I have also noticed that if I get a BA rush, it only lasts for a few minutes.

RG Incline bench

135 x 8
135 x 10
KPC

--Sht is starting to get easy, so sheiko will be implemented soon.
Had a little over a scoop today, in about 10 oz water, stirred. I feel that the flavoring shouldve been stronger. Even at 8 oz, it's ok. If it was stronger, people could screw around with the amount of water. Good workout nonetheless. Bench is getting stronger. I was at work when I took my dose, and I realized about an hour later that I had veins a-poppin; I took it at 4pm. My tris were burning by the end of the inclines. Now... about reg, although ive been drinking cuz of the 9er game. Focus is still fantastic. On a side note, Ive been taking .5 a scoop on my off days, just to get my body assimilated to the formula. Feels good; I think 1.5 scoops will be the sweet spot, as it has been in th past with other pres.
Who's got it better than us???! NOBODY!

--fasted all day, and lifted at 10 pm. i was shot by the time i left lol
1.5 scoops in ≈ 10 oz of water. It was pretty tarty, to my surprise. I did happen to take it about 8 hours too early though, as I wasn't able to get into the gym when I wanted. Overall, a good workout. Back, traps, bis, and calves were feeling pretty pumped Mixability seems to be very consistent, either if mixed by stirring or shaking; amount of powder isn't a problem

I've found 10 oz of liquid and 1.5 scoops to be optimal also. We are similar in weight, so I guess that's no surprise.
Great workouts man. Nice and heavy on the DL, bench, T-bar rows among others. That's great. You do some exercises that I actually had to look up. I've never seen anyone do a reverse grip incline press. You should do a video. It looks intense. I've never done the Yates Row either. Lots to learn.advertising not permitted

Deadlifts
335 x 4
425 x 3(x 2)
475 x 4(x 3)
505 x 2
505 x 3
--I was only thinking of doing 2 sets of doubles, but after the second in the second, i said fuk it and tried for a third, and got it
Bench
185 x 4
225 x 3
245 x 3(x 5)
--Wrist was alright today, nothing bad, but it was aggravated.
Shrugs
315 x 10
405 x 10(x 2)
495 x 10
550 x 5(x2)
--550 was a tad heavier than I remember lol
--pretty good day. I might go in tomorrow and do arms and quads or some sht
-- 1.5 scoops in 10 oz of water. Energy and endurance was pretty good today, as you can tell by the dl pr One thing I am noticing is that the energy doesnt really kick in until I get movin at the gym, as some other pres kinda get me jacked up while Im still home. No big deal, just something on a side note.

I dream of DL'ing like that one day. Nice work brother.
I've noticed too about the PreFight. I can't really take it any earlier unless I get up even earlier than 4:30am. I'd love to know if it has to do with timing or it's "activated" when you get your arse going. Either way, I recognize that my mood post workout is the best that it's been. Almost Chatty Cathy kind of thing without the elevated heartrate or jitters. Just the feel goods.advertising not permitted
