Whats up guys!
My names Don Craig. I was recently selected in the MHP Bigger then Nature Intended contest, and all i can say its a honor to take part in this!
I have not started yet, but figured i would start a thread to get things going. So first i'll tell you a little about myself. I am 22 years old, I picked up on bodybuilding summer 2009, but did not take it seriously id say until 2011. I'm still new to the game and going through alot of trial and error finding out what works for me and all. As for training and diet i started getting help from John Otis Hollywood and will remain with him until the contest is over. My goals for this challenge is become more then I thought I could be, bigger, leaner all that good stuff, but really I just like how i'm in a competition with 23 others that will be fighting for it all just like me, I like a good challenge! Body/Lifting stats as for my body I really don't care what the scale says i just want be big an shredded as hell! I will be shooting for a 315lbs Bench Press 3-5 reps, Squat 405lbs 3-5 reps, and Deadlift 500lbs 1-3 reps with all that being said this is where the MYO-X will come in handy. This is just a little info as soon as the competition starts I will be on here giving updates about everyday. As for the rest of the guys GOOD LUCK and GO HARD!

Well for the first time taking MYO-X today that stuff is tasty! It took alot for me not to grab another scoop. I know its only the first day, but today's workout was crazy super intense! I hit legs today which i hit twice a week, i had 3x12-15 Front Squats usual i hit all 3 sets with 155 some times 175 but today i felt so pumped i started off with 185 first set hit it 15x next set 185 10x, then i felt so good i put on 200 repped it out 10x ! is it me or the MYO-X already

So 2 weeks down 10 more to go!
What a awesome week, I really wasn't expecting the MYO-X to kick in this early. Feeling GREAT on this stuff, the reason why I say all this is because on Tuesday I was sitting in a chair with my leg raise up on another chair chillin with only shorts on when my fiance walks in and says " Geez your legs are getting huge, and your shoulders look more round" now I been hitting the gym for about 1 1/2 years and she has never said anything like that to me before must be the MYO-X!
What I Felt this week
-Once again amazing taste!
-Full on pumps lasting hours
-Increase in muscle size and roundness
-Increase in strength

Hey guys,
Sorry i could not fill yesterday went to a new gym, but still had a awesome workout. It was cool though i was a little tired and down but that MYO-X really helped me focused and push through a chest/shoulder/tricep workout, ending with a hard pump loved it. This MYO-X is going to be in my regimen for awhile!
Oh yeah i will be training back/bi/rear delts today, and i'm pretty sure i can record this session till then...

Well it sucks I was not able to record my last 2 days for you guys, but no worries will be alot more videos! let me know if yall want to see anything.
I plan on next week to record all week again, but with just the last working sets or highlights of the workout. This MYO-X is working wonders guys an gals, its only been a couple of weeks and the gains I've got off this product is AMAZING!!! Now I have tried many many products and some good some bad with some producing results and others not so much, but geez MHP MYO-X has hit the nail on the head with this one! When I have someone come up to me at the gym and ask about it one of the first things I give credit to is the FLAVOR... I am not a big fan of vanilla, but once again MHP PERFECTED this vanilla! With the best tasting supplement I have ever tried and the results so far this product will be in my product line up for a good while.
Now workouts.... You would figure you would get burnt out trying every workout to reach failure on about every lift, but not with MYO-X. Here's a little example... Thursday I went into the gym prepared, focused and ready to hit it hard... then I felt a little weak during warm-ups thinking damn this is going to be a very long session then it was like MYO-X slapped me in the face and told me to get my ass in gear! Producing one hell of a training session. Another thing I love about MYO-X is the "PUMP" I was not one to really fill the pump even though i hit the weights hard just one of those things that did not happen for me...ever since MYO-X has been in my veins every workout ends with full on muscle pumps lasting a good while. just the other day my brother came up to me at the gym and was like " DAMN your swoll!" MYO-X is the real deal!
I will report back on here SUNDAY for a diet update, Feel free to ask me any questions guys/gals

Today was another lower body day more for isolation, but i felt like maxing out on front squats after my working sets. 275lbs for a first time max pretty pleased with it BUT... i will be pushing to hit 315lbs by the end of the contest now! I want to do another short review on how MYO-X is doing, which by the way keep seeing results on it! BIG TIME! if you have not picked up any yet your missing out...

Good workout session today performed another PR with Incline Bench never done that one before either so now i have 5 main lifts i will be testing myself in. The big 3 will be next week pretty excited, its amazing how fast the MYO-X helps with recovery as well as helping push harder an harder each an every workout!

Great log.... I work out in the morning around 9:30 so I guess I could take it right before bed time. Ever have any problem going back to sleep after you take it? Does it increase the heart rate or give you gitters?
