Well, after a 10 month deployment, major move from overseas back stateside and some pretty major injuries, I am finally back in the gym. I have not posted here in a long time and look forward to receiving feed back and providing assistance as well. I am in the process of updating all my stats and hope to get back to where i was in 2010.
