hai bros me here k thx
I'm curious about this one...
Do you guys fulfill your macros every day with the same meals every single day every week, or different meals every other day, or maybe the same foods every week but weekends are different, etc?
Just curious to see what everyone else does.

No. I have no idea what I'm going to eat for today. I think I know what I will eat at lunch, but I might change my mind...I have things I eat pretty regular because I like them, but I don't usually eat the same food everyday.

I eat virtually the same thing 5-6 days per week. To be fair I worked it out so they were foods I look forward to eating, and with the help of a range of seasoning, and Frank's Hot Sauce, I can always alter the flavour.
That's just me though, a lot of people here will tell you not to worry so much etc. But I like knowing exactly what I'm having, how much, how many cals etc. most days. That way if I wanted something different it's simple add/subtraction to work it in.
If I didn't enjoy the foods it'd probably be a different story though, but I doubt I'll ever get tired of oats and peanut butter.

I eat the exact same thing every day for one week at a time. It has made getting my calories and being absolutely consistent with my diet very easy. After one week, I make changes, and then I stick to those changes for 1 week.
Now as much as I love being able to track my calories easily, the real reason I do this has to do with budget. Simply put, it is very inexpensive for me to eat this way. My trips to the grocery store are easy and short. The fact that I don't eat out at restaurants and cook all of my meals at home also let's me save exponentially. I know guys who spend $20+ a day eating fast food and getting junk from convenience stores. I eat for under $10 a day.
