Panic Attack Brah. It is pretty sheety. It all started while on a plane trip from Houston to Newark. It was really an awful experience came out of no where, I had made the same flight a dozen times. I haven't been on a plane since but will see what happens next month. Hopefully I am over it.

I can't attest for anyone personally,
I can however say for myself I do take around 500-1g of B vitamins a day without any adverse side effects. However, I've never had to take B vitamins for depression anxiety purposes, curing of those "illnesses' may require higher doses dependent on ones level of severity.
but from what I can find, nothing about neuropathy in men caused by B6When you stop striving for perfection, you might as well be dead.

thats something you should look out for...
vitamin D is a fat soluable vitamin so you dont pee it out like vitamin C or other water soluable vitamins.
that being said a lot of people are vitamin D deficient, and i have no clue what a "safe" dose is.
may try some of this though... the Dr. is soon going to cut me off of celexa, which is currently holding my marbles together.++ Positive Crew ++

of course, i get in about 1-2 gallons a day, rarely drink alcohol.
I do notice tho.. I will piss out what I'm not using, sometimes piss is a strong yellow color.. same color as my B150's I do use them for a plethora of reasons however, I just noticed overtime my general feeling of well being and happiness, which led me to research them more. When you stop striving for perfection, you might as well be dead.

lol wut?
idk where you heard this but you are severely misinformed.. If anything serotonin helps give the feeling of being satiated which is a benefit for weight loss.

Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.

In psychology, we call it the "spotlight effect" brah. You get this anxious sense that everyone is looking at YOU, which makes your heart rate increase, you sweat, think negative self-conscious things etc.

Not much, but this article states Vitamin b12 and other b vitamins could help with depression because they stimulate (some s-things) that stimulate serotonin production. A study in 1982 verifies that it COULD be used to treat depression, but the article re-iterates that you shouldn't use this to treat depression.

Not sure if healthy.
