So, yeah, obviously gotta be eating a surplus and lifting hard, currently on a 4/5 day kinda split, yet probably going to change that back to a 3 day split. Currently juuuust about eating maintenance because I am at home, but heading back to Uni soon where I will eat a lot and of good food (not actually using a shake and some sweets to hit my calories.. I know, its a sad day, when I actually used sweets to hit my macros and have to go buy some protein powder in order to get enough calories!!).
