Well at least someone is in!!!! Will check your journal out.
(Shrugs) It's not there isn't room for improvement. You could do fat loss and try to come in shredded. A twelve week dedicated "competition" cut would have you coming in shredded.
Well, you don't think you're at a point that you could do something?
C'mon guys..... only one newbie? CMON!!!

People who have trained for years will have zero chance of winning this. Given that the contest favors rapid changes over the course of 12 weeks, the person who wins will be a couch potato who busts his/her ass for 12 weeks and loses a bunch of fat while gaining moderate amount of muscle. The farther you are from your genetic potential, the faster the changes come (and vice versa).
It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

Wrong, the people who win these, are usually people who HAVE trained for some time and have some fat. A muscular man on a bulk that cuts off most of the excess fat on a 12 week bb cut will outshine everyone.
Look at last years Winner. Do you really think that's the musculature of someone who only trained 12 weeks?
You are another example of a strong muscular man that carries a little fat and could easily take this. You (like ID) would look like a god damn monster in comparison to now with a full on cut.

You start a journal, there will be plenty willing to help you.
If you decide you want to work with a coach from here, I would strongly suggest you seek out those that you value the opinion of. Else you get spammed with offers from tons of people that may or may not know what they are talking about.
AWESOME TO SEE YOU IN ON THIS.

Listen to your wisdom as you gain it. Rarely are things lost forever. Change is usually always possible. Second chances sometimes reveal better results than first chances. Always look to believe that you can and will be better. You're not done until you give up.
