I did Babylovers' Starting Strength Workout A this morning.
Back Squat- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J3YChv90XP4
Bench Press- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xpo_gqq_6DI
Barbell Row- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MAWKLo1A8fs
Back Squat
-Am I doing ATG squat and is the bar placement a little bit to low?
Bench Press
- I got really frustrated by the fact that I couldn't pinch my shoulder blades hard enough while lying on the bench, causing the bar to be wobbly.
Barbell Row
- I still couldn't feel my back while doing this exercise.
Will repped for answering any of these questions, thanks!

when he benched and does rows, theres like a cable machine attachment on the sleeves of the bar.
Also, your squats look good OP. Might want to sit back more and not let your knees go so far forward.
Edit: You just need to keep lifting, your technique for all your lifts looks pretty good.Last edited by WorldDomnit; 01-09-2013 at 09:57 AM.

Hey man, looks good to me. To really feel it in the back, you got to find the right angle that your back needs to be to make it work. I couldn't tell you the perfect angle and somedays I feel it more than others. Keep up the hard work.
And wtf are the cable handles doing on the bar? Were you trying to use those as clamps or something??????PR's: 365 | 280 | 500 = 1145 lbs
