You shouldn't worry about what to place where. It makes no difference to body composition. Just go with what makes you the most comfortable and with the best energy in the gym - this is a personal thing that you'll have to discover for yourself.

What should be of much more importance to you is:
    - counting calories
    - getting minimum levels of fat and protein each day
    - fill the remainder of your calorie allocation with any combination of carb/prot/fats - maybe with the emphasis on carbs.

Consult the sticky threads on how to calculate calories and macros.
