    I started my cut at a really low body fat.. I started at around 7% so that's why I've been able to bulk and stay relatively lean for a while.
    My diet could be better. My metabolism is pretty fast so I just try to stuff my face with anything I see. Its not like I eat just crap though, still try to get as much protein as possible. Never counted my calories though, I just eat.

    Right now I'm doing an upper/lower body split
