Must be a very clean bulk, nearly 20 pounds later you still look pretty cut... would love to know what you're doing.

I started my cut at a really low body fat.. I started at around 7% so that's why I've been able to bulk and stay relatively lean for a while.Originally Posted by arkadium
My diet could be better. My metabolism is pretty fast so I just try to stuff my face with anything I see. Its not like I eat just crap though, still try to get as much protein as possible. Never counted my calories though, I just eat.

Judging from the stats on your bodyspace you've gained 3kg lbm and 5kg fat. Have you measured your bodyfat with a caliper?
