Basically the story is I worked out for 5 months, lost motivation, stopped and resumed 2 months later. I've been doing the All Pros routine for about a month now.

yes. Youre doing fine. This isnt magic. it takes a lot of time and effort. Diet is key as well as proper lifting routine. you have a decent body type..just keep working hard. real hard.
