So this is the result of the last 5 months of bulking. I tried to keep it as lean as I could this time as the previous time I tried to bulk I dirty bulked got fat and then wound up skinny fat in the end. It was an epic bulking fail. What do you guys thing of the progress so far. I am planning on doing a 1 month cut just to shave off some of the fat and then go back to lean bulking.

Well I pretty much did two days on and one day off throughout the bulk doing SS. I have just begun really hitting my legs like I should. I regret neglecting them at the beginning. Currently I am starting my short cutting period and then I was gonna transition into the shortcut to size program. My diet has been ok I have really been focusing on getting in the protein I need and I have been pretty careful counting the calories but not the macros. I would say over the holidays though I did gain some fat just because I slacked on watching what I was eating. I am hoping this cut will take care of that. I think my BF is around 16-17% maybe.

Yeah I have really tried to step it up with my back. I feel like I can't seem to get it to change. I am happy with my chest growth compared to what it was before but I know I gotta long way to go. When I started I was benching around 110 around 6 repss and now I am at 170 5 reps. So I am pretty happy about that.

Thanks guys. I didn't do cardio because I work at a hospital and probably walk 2-3 miles a day at work. As far as calories I am taking in between 2750-2800 on workout days and around 2500 on off days. I have really had to play with it to keep myself from stalling to much. Hopefully I have it dialed in so I don't have to play with it as much these next 5 months.
