    Appetite gone

    Ugh. Same old story, broke up with long term girlfriend, feel like ****. Except instead of gorging with food like some people do, I have absolutely no appetite, and don't even feel thirsty. Anyone else gone through this and have some tricks? I'm cutting right now and was already at an 800-900 deficit. I worked out yesterday and felt really weak, way weaker than any of my workouts have been in several months. I know I should probably maintain until I get through this, but it seriously sucks to have no appetite at all and have to force food down. It almost makes me sick.

    Anyone know a good way to get through this?
