    Quick Marcro Check - Lose fat

    Just wondering if anybody can tell me how my macro's are?

    I'm hitting all of them as far as I know. Are my carbs too high or does it matter because I'm inside in my 1700 calorie limit.

    Height: 5"7"
    Weight: 160lbs
    BF%: 24%

    Calories: 1,655
    FAT: 52.4
    Carbs: 175.3
    Protein: 128.7

    I would up your fats a bit to 70g, your cals seem a bit low though. How much of a deficit are you running?
    Bench 300x1 255x5
    Squat 425x1 405x5
    Dead lift 465x3 405x5

    thier fine bro, im gettin 160g of Protien and close to 200 Carbs, and fats are similar to urs, i usually cardio post workout just to make sure i hit all my macros with the extra calories. Ur fine man, assuming your in a 500kcal deficit

    What do you mean re cardio? Incase see you're in danger of going over your calls I presume?

    Yes I'm on a 500 calories deficit man!

    Probably a silly question but how important is FAT in the diet?

    yah, so have a variety of choices to meet my macros at the end of the day, like sometimes im stuck with 170 calories before i goto bed with 20ish grams of protien that needs to be met, lol instead of downing a watery ass protein shake, i can addd somee skim milk in that Bit*h lol. it gives me variety , and as for fats in terms of fatloss, its important, for hormonal reasons i believe, but i dont emphasize it, regardless if your fats are 50g or 80g daily, it isn't even an impact
