Just wondering if anybody can tell me how my macro's are?
I'm hitting all of them as far as I know. Are my carbs too high or does it matter because I'm inside in my 1700 calorie limit.

yah, so have a variety of choices to meet my macros at the end of the day, like sometimes im stuck with 170 calories before i goto bed with 20ish grams of protien that needs to be met, lol instead of downing a watery ass protein shake, i can addd somee skim milk in that Bit*h lol. it gives me variety , and as for fats in terms of fatloss, its important, for hormonal reasons i believe, but i dont emphasize it, regardless if your fats are 50g or 80g daily, it isn't even an impact
