Usually, I can use the ht wt info to help with my estimate if you're close to my height....but can't do that here. *haha. *At 6'4, you're probably lucky to have 175lb of lbm. *That's puts you at ~29% right now. *You'll probably have to get into the 180s to get lean.
Cunfewzed is a good data point since you're similar in height.
Edit: Whether you're 27 or 30 doesn't really matter right now anyways. *Just drop 40-50 lbs and then re-evaluate. *Last edited by cnh57811; 01-23-2013 at 11:03 AM.

Correct. I'm going to have to hit 175. That's my goal now. I don't know if that will be low enough or not. My line is 170. If I get that low, I'm going to say eff it for this year and bulk bulk bulk forevermore.
Abs are coming in nicely but I still have a decent amount of back-fat in the spare tire area. Hoping 10 lbs is enough to get me to 12%ish. I think I'm about 16%-17% now.*LF Chat Crew

Barbell Squats (105lbs): 5 x 5
Bench Press (85lbs): *1 x 5 @ 95lbs, 4 x 5 @ 85lbs
Barbell Row (90lbs): 5 x 5
Barbell Shrugs (70lbs): 3 x 8
Straight bar curl (40lbs): 5 x 8
Hyper extensions: *1 x 15, 2 x 12

Focusing on my calves lately. I DID NOT win the calf genetic lotto....being tall doesn't help your legs look big, lol.

Average weight for the first pic: 179.23
Average weight so far this week: 176.48
Been dealing with some squat issues (weight stalled, hammy felt strained), so hopefully i can get back to real squatting tomorrow.
Don't see much difference, but it's a couple lb down and everything besides my squat has been increasing, so I can't complain.

Looking good as always Z. Mirin delt definition. Your back looks noticeably juicier, that could be the lower light casting deeper shadows though. Still great for 4 weeks of weight gain. You look just as lean.
