I know these feels. My beard is brown for the most part, but it definitely has a reddish tint. Nothing else does. I burn within 5 minutes of contact with the sun's rays. Freckles? I'll take a triple-serving plz.

Could be, my balance when doing one legged stuff is still pretty crap. Need to improve on that.

I don't know what it is but your core seems too soft and has too many spots where there seems to be nothing if that makes sense.

Like under your rib cage instead of your obliques being right there with your abs they sort of regress.

Other than that you have a very solid build.

Znik's core reminds me of Kanis' before a bulk, but look at after one cut bulk cycle. It should come along just fine with this bulk.

Yeah hope so, skin is starting to tighten some as well now, tho it still sags from ribcage and down (fold ever so cleverly hidden by shorts ) could be what causes some of those "blind spots" as well as no skin between my rib and knee's is tight but keep the critique coming, nice to know what to work on =)

This. You beat me to it. I think the loose skin is part of the weirdness here

It may contribute but the ribs look like they are protruding because of small obliques.

Well if you want a full on critique.

-Get bigger traps
-Get some volume to your pectoral muscles.
-Work on obliques and core.
Edit: And don't forget to grow everything else into it, need big delts too. Right now they are proportionate.

But the two biggest issues I'd say are traps and obliques.

I'm almost positive you can get solid obliques by the end of this competition. Perhaps even 3 months. They just look like they've never been worked directly.

I actually have the same issue, but almost everything on me needs work.

-Forearm volume.
-Obliques.
-Delt volume.
-Glute volume.

-Quad volume.
