Short term goal: Lose 10 pounds by early/Mid Sept.
Well I guess I can keep track of everything here. I'm 19 & work as a nail tech 6 days a week 11 hours a day. I just started getting serious this week about what I'm eating. The past 2 months I have been putting a mile in everyday while eating poorly and went from 168 to 155. So now I'm waiting to see what will happen if I changed to a healthy diet. I'm patient and am interested in lifting weights but I'm not really sure where to start I need to dig deeper into this website and start a weight lifting plan. For now, I'm on a 4 week program i purchased (I was totally lost on where to start so it was a jump-start) eating 6 small meals a day and exercising daily. The whole plan is detailed so I just follow it.
So today is woke up at 7AM and ate meal #1 then did the cardio and core strength workout.
Then a couple hours later ate meal #2 & headed for work.
While at work I ate meal # 3,4,5 and headed home & got their by 9:30
Ate meal #6 and started food prepping for tomorrow. About to head to bed & wake up at 7 & start all over again.
