I am definitely working on my calves. I hope they are not lagging too bad. 22 inch thighs / 14inch calves. is that small compared to my upper body? Maybe it is. I started doing full cleans and front squats a lot more lately to compensate. how about upper body?

Looking good brah. Keep lifting heavy and eating a lot. You have a lot of size to gain still, but excellent base! Your arms and calves should be about the same size for reference. So if your arms are 16, your calves should be as well..when talking about proportions. Good job, keep killin it in the weight room!
