    Plans to put into action

Although this is my first post to this forum I have spent a fair bit of time on here reading and researching topics that you all are so knowledgeable about. I am excited to begin a relationship with the avid fitness peoples who call this forum home. You all motivate me. That is why I have come to ask for your insight (s).

I am 5'4" 24 year old male that usually weighs 130 lbs. (Past 12 months fluctuated with dietary problems)
At this point in my life I am dedicated to a sport that I believe requires being ultra light with a hint of strength.
Ultimately I would like to get rid of the "squatty" type body that I have and be the more lean long look.
This is my number one area of focus. I would like to take down the size of the thighs and calves while toning up the abdomen and bicep area. Also as you can see the upper region of my buttox (creating dimples in my lower back) seems to hold quite a bit of "fat" I want to get rid of this to displace the low looking hips that I have.

I know diet is super important. I am constantly traveling on a low budget which makes this a bit of a challenge. But I am 100% committed, whether it is costly or not.

If you have any tips, feedback for me anything helps. Thanks so much for your time.

Also a bodyfat % estimation would be nice too.

    Bf is 13-15%

Your legs aren't big to begin with... What sport do you play? it may be easier to give you advice if we know specific needs. bigger biceps, small legs and some abs isn't a requirement for any sport I can think of...
