Guys i made this thread to motivate people with a chest gap and are disappointing not feeling aesthetic enough. I wish everyone to participate with an image of bodybuilder, fitness model, yourself etc with a chest gap and pulled it off. This will motivate me and others thank you

the gap i am referring to is in your sternum area, that's genetics and there is no way to fill it I have a gap. It depends how your chest muscle is connected your sternum basically. I am also referring it to people complaining to how there chest is shaped. Hope that cleared it up

You have a chest gap but it such a minimum it is basically unnoticeable which is great and a lot of hard work you put into your physique
