    Trying to get ripped

    Any good workouts or plans trying to get ripped and toned I weight 145lbs I'm 5"11 I have a 4 day split tues chest and tri Wednesday back and bis thursday off Friday shoulders sat legs I do cardio and abs on tues and Friday what do you think?

    I know i need some help here I'm trying to get ripped and defined muscles latley I have been doing alot of those compound exercises mixed with other isolation ones how many calories should I eat in a day right now I'm getting around 2000

    Forget getting ripped. You need to grow some muscle which means eating about 20x your bodyweight in calories and doing a good beginner program like Starting Strength.

    read the stickies in the nutrition section to learn what you need to know about calorie intake, but at 145 i think you can eat as much as you want while youre lifting

    look at the link in my sig. get on a proper beginner routine and eat enough to gain 3-4lbs per month for a few months and then back off to 2-3 lbs per month.
