Any good workouts or plans trying to get ripped and toned I weight 145lbs I'm 5"11 I have a 4 day split tues chest and tri Wednesday back and bis thursday off Friday shoulders sat legs I do cardio and abs on tues and Friday what do you think?

I think your best bet is to learn right and start right...check out Growth Stimulous Training in the stickies...great, solid program with nutrition help as well
