But when you think about it, this was 1993 and you can see that he looked incredible, yet it took him 15 more years to star competing in the pro circuit.
kai didnt really take the traditional path to the ifbb though. it took him 11 more years after this contest to become an ifbb pro but he didnt compete for large chunks of time within that timeframe. had kai been like the standard teenager riding his chopper hoping to turn pro as quickly as possible, we probably would've seen him at nationals/usa's in the mid 90s.
Potential? No. I don't think that kid will go anywhere in bodybuilding. He's too big for his age, he will surely burn out.
Loctus' Law:
As an IFBB-section thread grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Ronnie Coleman approaches 1, no matter what the topic was supposed to discuss originally.
Awesome pic of Kai!! Hope he can take the 2013 Mr. Olympia he deserves it so much. I love his attitude and work ethic. His attitude on his videos Overkill and Redemption inspried me to buy the books "As a Man Thinketh" By James Allen and "Success Through A Positive Mental Attitude" By Napoleon HIll and W. Clement Stone!!
i simply said he cant be 16 which makes actual sense, anyways thanks for the dumb arguement
I think his point was sometimes it is better not to argue every little irrelevant detail. He could be 20 and that would still be a mindblowing physique
Work harder, smarter, and longer - overtraining is simply a state of mind.
short vid of kai winning heavyweights at team universe is 1999. also won the overall but they didnt give IFBB pro cards for the overall winner then like they did when kai won in 2004. just for the record, kai was 24 yrs and 1 month old.

No, he was obviously 25 years, 5 months, and 13 days. God.
Just kidding. Cool video. He looks amazing.

That's about how dumb it's gotten. I'll clean the thread up when I get home. So anyone else going to post some early Kai pictures?
yeah you should delete a couple posts since you cant admit being wrong over a simple error
