    Specific Body-part workouts?

    Hey Guys,

Most workout schedules I've been looking at have each day dedicated to a body part, e.g. arms, shoulders, legs etc.

What is the advantage of this?

Currently, I'm training bits of my whole body everyday - is this bad?

    Thanks
