    Smile Power lifts

I was just wanting to see what other women power clean and deadlift. Can anyone tell me how much they lift during repetitions on these exercises? Thanks!

I've wanted to power clean for years but I couldn't b/c of my pregnancies (I've seen a few CF girls do it but I wasn't comfortable with cleaning a bar over that!).

I started today actually! Just working on technique when I add them into Starting Strength in about 3 weeks. No idea what my PC numbers are, I was practicing with the oly bar + technique plates, so 25kg/55lbs x .....? Maybe 15-20? I don't remember, didn't write it down. Plus some hang cleans.

Oh, in regards to reps, 15-20 reps of a power clean is NOT what you want to do, LOL, I was just practicing and 25kg is very light for me!!!!

I would do them in the 3-5 rep max range, for me, I plan to only do triples.
