I doubt it. It's a wordpress blog, wouldnt be hard or expensive to set up. Not like he took a loan out to make this. He hasnt spent anything on product costs, etc.

I hope he succeeds, but right now, it's not that big of a deal.

Like I said, the stats ARE impressive, and Id have commended him for his 7000 visitors.... Had he not made it seem like 700,000.

I wouldnt give a **** if everyone thought i was broke when i actually had millions in the bank...but then again thats me.

What he has done is he has actually gotten off his ass and done something unlike 98% of the haters in this thread. Even if his site fails and he doesnt become ceo10k/day he will still learn alot from this experience which will greatly improve his chances next time he decides to start a new business.

I did something similar when I was like 15 and ended up making what he brags about, plus meeting my heros at the time (it was a music site), tons of other celebrities, traveling the world with it, experience a ton of **** someone my age shouldnt have lol, and eventually spinning it off into a career and degree.

The 3.4k is all commission/profit for us in the last 2 weeks. The bad side is, we get paid quarterly (so i wont see a cent till April - im hoping there's a nice 15k sitting in there by April).

SS takes care of EVERYTHING else, including shipping, distributing, etc. We can change designs any day we want (all at our discretion). I frequent dohertys gym (where a very very gifted artist/graphics designer works). I did all our designs (i just went with simple), but now we're getting professional work done. In all honesty I thought our athlete Randy makes our tops look so ****ing good (the material is the same stuff dohertys/derrimut 24:7 uses), but he makes everything look really good (wore it at the gym the other day and legit had people asking him where he got it from lol).

I never wanted to do apparel (but i got talked into it). Even if i made no profit from apparel and sold at cost price (the fact that somebody out there will be wearing our gear is surreal - and another marketing method).

I also got contacted by Jenn Flynn (head of one of their departments - i think marketing) the night after we launcged. They automatically gave us a 2 year free premium membership (think it's worth something like $200) and they're the ones who are going to be responsible for setting up the UK and EU stores (for cheaper shipping).

The thing is though, the margin is bloody disgusting (an iphone cover with no commission is priced at $13.90). We make an avg of 6-7$ commission from our items (so to make $3,250 in a fortnight means we sold quite a bit of gear).

Actually they have quite a big presence (most of the bigger online pages use their services). Shipping is about 12$ per item (shipped straight from the US). All apparel used is American Apparel and Gildan (same products used by the big gyms in Australia - Dohertys/Derrimut).
