    2 exersises at same time?

Ive Not been lifting very long, i need to lose some body fat but i want to get muscle. So i was thinking if i did 2 exersises at the same time e.g ( set of benchpress no rest staight into side lat raises & repeat x3) just trying to keep my heart rate up & save time but i don't know? Is it a waist of time? Am i over doing it?

Em mate supersets are great, but very very tiring.
    At least in my case.

I don't suggest doing too many of em.
