how many calories in 4 oz chicken breast

I have been looking for the nutrition value of a 4 oz serving of baked chicken breast. Everywhere I check I get completely different values. Can you guys tell me the nutritional value(calories, protein) of baked chicken. I don't add any seasoning or marinades. I just bake it plain.

baked 4 oz chicken is still 4 oz chicken, how you cook it doesn't matter, as long as you know what it weighs after its cooked and not raw. And as far as I can tell its basically the same calories on every calorie counting site I just googled.

I've seen variance also, most commonly see 110 so thats what I use for 4oz skinless/boneless. Also what most grocery stores mark it as.

Meats should be weighed raw, unless the packaging states the nutritional info is for cooked. Different cooking methods and cooking times can and do change the weight of the chicken, but not the macros (unless you burn it).

    Chicken - 4 oz. Breast (Boneless, Skinless) , 1 ounces 36c 7p 1f 0c 0

This is the entry on myfitnesspal.com that I've been using for 6 months. I'm pretty anal about getting it right. There is some variation from brand to brand of course.

i use myfitnesspal for these purposes, but generally around 31 cals per oz. of chicken breast. weigh the meat raw or cooked, it's your choice, the main thing is that whenever you DO weigh it (raw vs. cooked), you KEEP weighing it the SAME EVERY TIME. consistency is the key to targeting what needs to be adjusted. and if you weigh raw like most of us, make sure you let the meat drain as long as possible in a strainer or something so that you get as little water as possible. but chicken breast is so little in cals that if you're truly not progressing in fat loss due to the difference in cals in cooked vs. raw weight, there are bigger issues at hand.

Tyson frozen chicken tenderloin is 100 calories/4 oz. Frozen chicken breast is more like 120.

Exactly just be consistent. Also, even though there is some calorie variance it doesn't necessarily have to be exactly spot on. An extra 10 calories is not going to mean much especially with chicken breast being so lean.
