Body Fortress Creatine

This was the first (and only, to date) creatine supplement I have tried. I did notice that I was getting much more solid and recovering faster after the first week or so. I got the Fruit Punch flavor (that's all that was on the shelf...), and it didn't taste too bad - not great, but not too bad. Like the protein it did clump a little on the bottom of my shaker. But it did seem to be a decent product. Since I haven't tried any other Creatine supplement I don't have anything to compare it (or the results) to... I'd like to have some feed-back on other creatine supplements and thier effects. Thanks to all!

This was also my first Creatine. I enjoyed the taste as well. Mixability wasn't the greatest for me, though. Value, incomparable. I have to say, I've switched to just the pure creatine monohydrate now and I prefer it over the blend.

is that a body fortress supp. or another brand? and is the pure monohydrate that much better?

Body Fortress is the only Creatine supplement I have used. About a year now. I load slowly when starting a new cycle, one scoop per 500ml water. Never have clumps or residue. Do not experience any bloating. Weight increases gradually though during the time on.

I like it. Fruit Punch flavor taste is like Kool Aid. I notice it works as I do better when on Creatine than the off-use months. Price is impressive. Add in the usual coupons available and it goes even lower. BF adds in some pre-workout stim. in their mixture as well.
