Hi Everyone
Im looking for some help on the diet front, think Im at around 14% BF at the moment, from my profile pic you can let me know if this is accurate. Taken today..
Im running at around a 500 cal deficit per day to cut and around 60% protein 20% fat 20% carbs. Today was a reasonably typical day with 142gs of protein (Need to beef this up) 41gs carbs 28g fat. No way I can get to 8 meals a day so Im running at typically
9am Body building pancake
11am pharma whey
12 - train
1pm pharma whey
3pm Wholemeal toast, natural peanut butter
6pm two chicken breasts, broccoli, peppers
Really just looking to see if there is anything massively off track with this diet. My main aim is to cut the BF right down, target is 8%.
Any hints of tips very welcomed

The first thing I'd suggest is that you learn the basics about nutrution by reading this and other stickies at the top of the nutrition forum.

Hello,
Well if your at 377 pounds, 5'11" and 14% you should have no problem cutting.... haha (probably a misprint...)
But to be honest I am not sure why you would be stuck on a number like 8% if you are not even sure what your percentage is... (how will you know when you hit 8%?) Numbers don't mean much unless it is for some specific reason which I can not figure it is...

Some great feedback thanks. Yeah I thought the macro ratios were out. My deficit is a lot more than I thought. I'm using an i phone app to balance the macros but need to go back to the drawing board on this I think.
Great point on the BF reading. I suppose in real terms I'm looking to go from fairly defined to ripped and short of heading into a vacuum chamber I'm not going to get the exact BF.
Suspect I may be over the projected 14% anyway. I'm 79kgs and 5,11 so aim is to get to 75 kgs and retain as much muscle mass as possible
