    Update. (2/08/13)

    I'll just do a solid paragraph update for today, since nothing has really changed. My workouts are still the same as the last post and before that. The only new thing is that im putting a little more effort into strength and endurance gains, rather than muscle lb gains. Since i'm cutting, i'd like to really reach my peak performance on bench and squat, while at a low weight, before i start bulking and really pound out those gains. My diet has stayed pretty consecutive; although, the past couple days i've strayed and eaten over my calorie limit by a little. Starting monday i plan on keeping with a strict 1800 calorie limit, with the same macro intake. As for the Raspberry Ketones, I'm still taking them on the same schedule as before. Like i said previously, i can definitely feel the difference now from when i wasn't taking them. I practically went from problems and hunger pains to easy cutting. Up until my recent calorie increase (still adjusting) the RK helped keep my diet on track. Overall, i think 1 pill with each meal is much better than 2 in the morning and 1 at night (breakfast and dinner); so, i might hop back on my old schedule starting monday.

    Just to give an idea of workout's in general, so the log is accurate, today was chest workout day (did a lot of benching); tomorrow will be a rest day; and Sunday i'll jump back into it with either a leg workout or an all around upper body workout, aside from chest.

    Update. (2/11/13)

    After half a week of straying from my strict diet, today marks the 'back on track' point. I'm back to 1800 or so calories a day, and plan to stick with it for a while. Today i noticed that the RK is almost gone as well! There's only a couple days of logging left. I plan on logging each day until the end of the log, just to ensure thoroughness. Just to make it clear, im still on the same schedule and have been for the whole log, of taking 3 RK capsules per day. At the end of the log, i plan on posting an updated pic of what my diet looks like, a pic of the empty bottle of RK (lol) and pictures of myself; i also plan on posting stats, so an idea of how much i've changed can be made.

    Today's workout:

    -Flat bench press
    --145x5
    --155x5
    --160x5
    --175x5
    --180x5

    -Chest dips
    --4 sets of 8 reps

    -Weighted pushup routine
    --35 lb plate: 10 pushups: 2 sets

    Today i did some benching, as well as a crazy ab workout. It was an overall core day, so i did some pushups and chest dips as well.

    Since my workouts have been pretty thoroughly posted already, i figured theres no need for the specifics over and over.

    Final Update
    (2/14/13)


    Log Info.
    As stated in the first post, the log lasted a total of 40 days. During that time,
    i experimented with the product in several ways. Starting off i took the capsules
    3 times daily (as recommended), one with each meal. Then i tested taking two with
    breakfast and one with dinner. There wasn't a huge difference, but overall i
    preffered taking the pills twice daily, rather than with each meal.

    Also, just for clarity, Raspberry Ketones was the only fat loss supplement
    that i was taking during the course of the log.


    Stats
    At the start of the log, i weighed approximately 164 lbs; at the end of the log,
    i now weight around 154. So, over the course of the 40 day log, i lost a total
    of 10 lbs.

    During this time, i didn't monitor any muscle growth; but, my arms definitely grew
    over the course of the log. I just wanted to mention this, to be clear that the
    amount lost wasn't from muscle loss.

    Also, just for the sake of being detailed, i did switch my diet up a little during
    the log. When i started, i was eating around 1600 calories per day. To make sure i
    wasn't being to aggresive with my weight loss (and losing muscle) i increased my
    daily intake to 1700, and then late 1800.


    Final Thoughs
    Overall, i loved the product. Unlike supplements like Pre-workouts, fat loss supplements
    are very hard to test and review. How much was diet, and how much was the supplement?
    What i do know, is that RK gave me the push that i needed to keep on cutting on. With
    each meal, over time, i needed to eat less and less to satisfy my hunger. I also noticed
    that during my workouts i was sweating more and heating up faster. As for the capsules
    themselves, they actually aren't hard to take, at all. They have a slight raspberry taste
    right off the bat, and aren't hard to swallow. On top of that, with the help of fish oil,
    i had Raspberry burps throughout the day. All-in-all, i think Raspberry Ketones are a
    wonderful product, and i would definitely recommend it to someone looking for a little
    extra help.
