Wink jalfrey--Just an App Nut Osteo-Sport Quickie

Big thanks to nugget5 and the rest of the great App Nut team for supplying me with a nice 5-day supply of Osteo-Sport.

    A little backstory--
Back before setting out to lose weight, I sprained my ankle--or at least I thought I did. Turns out it was a fracture that didn't quite heal properly. Through weight loss, the pain just about went away except on the heaviest leg days, or a weekend spent hiking. Because of how much better the ankle feels, I've never really thought about using joint supps. That is, until my latest bulking effort, when I've been using heavier weights than normal. Now, I can tell that the ankle is starting to catch up with me.

So, here's my chance to decide whether or not joint supps are for me. I started taking Osteo-Sport Saturday morning in preparation for a hike yesterday. I've taken it the past two days with my first meal of the day. This morning I took it about 15 minutes after my dose of App Nut's Fat-Free.

After a couple of days I can't feel a great deal of difference in the ankle ache. I want to say it feels a bit better, but that could still be placebo effect this early. Stay tuned...

In for your observations on OS. It's a staple of mine (bad knee from acl-tear and lower-back surgery). Yeah, I'm a beat-up old man! Lol.

Usually I will add OS into my routine if I tweak my ankle, shoulder or elbow(problem spots for me). Looking to see how you feel on this!

Took dose #4 this morning. After doing some sprinting for cardio today, my ankle feels purty doggone good. I'm intrigued by the inclusion of cetyl myristoleate and hyaluronic acid in Osteo-Sport. I've used cissus and Gluco/Chondrotin/MSM before with varying effects. But those products have always taken much longer to feel anything.

    Just an observation ; )

If you go back and look into logs/reviews it's not uncommon to notice some alleviation in the first week!

Finished up the bottle yesterday. There is definitely some alleviation of the ankle pain! I'm afraid that my perception may be a bit skewed, though, since I've started doing more cardio and less heavy weights.

For now, I'm a believer! I'm gonna try another bottle and let the people here on BB.com know how it goes!

Thanks again, nugget5 and the App Nut team for letting me try Osteo-Sport!
