Today's a training day. I'll be updating again later to let you all know how that went.

Just finished eating breakfast. Fried some chicken breast in coconut oil with a small layer of almond flour. It wasn't bad. With the recent changes I've made, I found an easy way to meet my daily protein requirements rather simply. So the plan is to eat 16oz of chicken breast for lunch. Maybe with a few pieces of fruit. The chicken breast alone would be 520kcal with a total of 104g of protein. Next, I will have one protein shake every day, which is 120kcals. This will put me at about 130g protein for the day. This would be a total of 640kcals so far. This leaves me with 1,685kcals to eat whatever I want. Remember, I'm experimenting here. I find that it never hurts to experiment, if, and only if, YOU RECORD DAT DEER DATA!! So that's what I'm gonna be doing.

Gonna be eating tuna sandwiches for lunch with chips and dips. Should be pretty good.

Yeah, looking at my progress pics again, I can say that the pics don't do proper justice. Oh well.

    Monday 4/1/13
    Press
    Warm-up: 60lb, 75lb x 5, 90lb x 3
    Work-set: 105lb, 120lb, 135lb x 3, 3, 8
    BBB: 75lb x 5 x 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
    Chins: Bw x 5 x 10, 5+3spot, 5+3spot, 5+3 spot, 5+2spot

    Tuesday 4/2/13
    Deadlift
    Warm-up:130lb, 160lb x 5, 190lb x 3
    Work-set: 225lb, 255lb, 290lb x 3, 3, 8
    BBB: 160lb x 5 x 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
    Leg Raises: Bw x 5 x 5, 10, 10, 6, 6

Deadlifts did something to my lower left back. I'm pretty much fully recovered now. Still taking it easy though since there is still pain. By His stripes I am healed though.

Other than that, I've been enjoying this new nutrition approach. Weigh-in is on Saturday. This week's weigh-in won't really matter. I'll have to wait until next week so I can compare both weeks. We will see.

I haven't forgot about the video (burpees). I'm still going to post it, just need to wait until I'm fully recovered. I'll also be recording some squat footage to get a form check goin. A form check is greatly needed.
