Hammer those glutes! glute bridge > hip thrust > weighted hip thrust, bird dogs, reverse hypers. You will also hit your glutes with your squats, lunges, deadlifts, etc, but your glutes are your biggest muscle. Hit them hard.

Thanks i am now doing legs monday and friday and glutes wednesday! My arse has come a long way in the last month so hopefully my new training will help it even more! I leg pressed 450lbs last night so trust I go hard and heavy! Squats,lunges,press,DL,glute bridge,sumo squat etc!

You look freakin awesome! Keep up the good work girl. I definitely think with 12 weeks you can do figure. You're back looks great, that is what I need to work on the most to be ready for figure. A little jealous in the end do whatever your are most comfortable with. It is your goal so dont let others push you into something that you don't feel ready for.

Thanks girl! I just get crazy looks when I say i'm not doing bikini lol! I am going to have to change up my plan if I am doing figure! Yikes I gotta make a decision in the next few days!

You look great, and although I think you could do either one, I would say figure will probably be your best pick.
some competitions will allow you to do crossovers, especially in smaller competitions. If you can get posing down, you might try both to see where you do better.
