Yep ! I can see a slight difference, I noticed the middle part of your abs are coming in better ! There is a slight straight insertion line separating the left side of abs from the right, not sure if you know get what I'm saying but keep up the hard work!

Thanks man, I'm trying not to weigh myself but every month (I started at 185)...its a mind thing lol. I have been taking in around 2200-2300 calories. I believe my maintenance is about 2800 hundred. I make sure most of my carbs are eating before working out. I also making sure that I take in at least 200 grams or more of protein (maybe overkill) a day. To make sure I I have enough energy I take a pre-work out (amino energy by ON) . Other than that...Havent change my work out, still lift heavy 6 days a week. Also do 3 days of cardio and 3 days of core

Yeah, I see a slight difference as well. The 2nd picture looks more defined. Keep up the good work. ^_^

Good work OP. What's your height?

On a journey.
Your arm is slightly more defined and your ab area and serratus muscle. Great for 3 weeks, imagine 2/3 months

Your belly button got rounder. Also, the abs are slightly more defined from the edge to the middle of the stomach.
