    pre workout usage

had this random arse thought pop into my head yesterday, so I thought I'd ask the more knowledgeable about it.
everyone knows you take your pre workout for energy/endurance/extra pump etc for your workout.

my question is would there be any advantages/disadvantages of taking it during the day when your running choirs (not working out)

just a thought, not sure if its even viable but thought I'd ask anyway

    cheers guys

    tolerance would be an issue
the more stims you use, the greater chance you will become tolerant and when the time comes for a your workout, you might need a greater dose to get some 'feel'

its not really that cost effective

there would be better alternatives though, a plain caffeine pill or coffee would be sufficient for chores, no need for a pre workout

^Already pointed out the main points.
Simply eat enough food throughout the day along with a banana, and that should be enough fuel for a non-weightlifting activity

For situations like this, caffeine tabs would probably be the best and cheapest route to take. Applied Nutriceuticals makes a product called Black Cats Volume 2 that would work for this type of situation as well.
