Cordyceps are supposed to help with endurance http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21549819 but this supplements doesn't have this one.

The only pre-workout that has ever given me a noticeable boost in VO2 Max was CordyGen VO2 Max and it's $$$. But it worked on me.

Normally I was run on treadmills for around .50 to 1 mile MAX (really pushing it around 5-6 mph).... I took that and hit 2 miles 1 time....I tried hitting it again, never came close again. Then recently, I took some Motivation, which also contains CS-4. Felt like I never was getting tired. Made me re-think the quality CS-4 products. Although when I took Motivation from Ryno I wasn't running. I was doing working out. I just wasn't getting tired. Was strange. Was not placebo either because I had no idea what was really in the product until after I took it. I had 2 samples of it...wish I had more. I'd actually love to log in to test it out more.
