    backs ****ed will belt help

    my backs been sore for like the last 2 months from lifting something at work. will i be sweet with a belt or will
    i just make it worse. its ****ing killing me not been able to do deadlifts and squats

    Is your back sore? Or do you have a strain? Or maybe as I have..... A degenerated disc in my low back(L5/S1).... Been out of the game twice this year, 3 months each go. Depending on what's wrong with you, I suggest rest. Since it was a work injury(as was mine), I strongly suggest following the Dr.'s orders if you don't want to get in trouble with your job.
