Haha. I have found Craze makes music much more enjoyable than it already is. It's weird I don't really like dubstep unless I'm working out.

For bro's that blaze a little bit. A little sativa with Craze is tunnel vision city.

Big fan of ALCAR as well I dose it away from Craze however. 1 gram twice a day with 500 mg Yellow Gold(berberine) and 500 mg Agmatine Sulfate. AMPk heaven.

Zone is such an ambiguous term... I am hesitant to offer my opinion on a good supplement because whether its white flood, craze, hemavol, maximize intense, body octane etc, there are different amounts of ingredients in each, and unfortunately, each board rep will attempt to convince you their product is the best. Compare the ingredients in your pwo to the ingredients below, and see if you have to add extra to reach recommended daily dosages. If nothing happens, try adjusting the dosages to see what works best for you.
Beta-Alanine (best taken with carbs) 6.2g per day - raises the rate of carnosine synthesis, essentially increasing endurance.


Citrulline Malate 6-8g per day - increases NO production, increases the rate of ATP production, and reduces lactic acid, which contributes to increased pump/endurance.

Agmatine 500mg-1000mg - acts as an analgesic and contributes to increased synthesis of certain NOs along with increased blood flow, leading to more intense workouts and pumps. Keep in mind, citrulline malate by itself is very effective at increases the arginine levels within our bodies.

ALCAR 1-2g - increases focus. The best pumps come from the best workouts, so maintaining focus is extremely important.

Up to you to add a stim such as 1,3 DMAA or caffeine. I would include links to scientific publications but I do not have 50 posts.

For me its Ultima. Absolutely awesome pre-workout. Only downside is the taste. But thats not much of a bother for me.
